J&M Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is part of the arm of J&M Group of Companies in Malaysia. Consistent with the philosophy of the Group to compete as a leader in the market, it is one of the pioneers in thethermoplastic fabrication activities for corrosion environment in Malaysia as early as 1984. As part of itsfabrication activities, the company undertakes to design scrubbers, exhaust ducts and tanks, which are tailor made and customized in accordance to clients need and to their highest satisfaction. With a long-standing experience and record in this industry, the company, together with its pool of highly qualified and trained engineers and experienced plastic fabricators has been actively promoting these products and services particularly, in the semiconductor and chemical industries for more than twenty years.

In an effort to service our customer better, we have invested heavily in the necessary modern equipments such as hot air welding guns, extrusion guns, butt fusion machine, socket fusion machine and other related working tools in order to provide quality workmanship for customers. Besides, we have a total of 14,000 ft² area for our fabrication activities. Besides, we are also specialist in floor covering services such as Vinyl Flooring.

As one of the pioneers in thermoplastic industry, J&M tailor made thermoplastic tanks are made to last all types of chemicals with high concentration at any given temperature. These tanks ranges from PVC, PP, PVDF etc can cater to the most acidic or alkalitic environment. The tanks are strengthen with steel reinforcements or FRP lining.J&M is able to fabricate all kinds of special tailor made parts in plastic materials ranging from dampers, check dampers, stainers, etc. It sizes and dimensions varies so as long as it can be transported.

Today’s production facilities require the use of aggressive and concentrated acids and caustic. Contaminants being emitted from manufacturing process must be comprehensively captured, extracted and removed from exhaust air stream before being discharged into the environment.
A possible way to treat these harmful wastes is via absorption. J&M’s high performance Vertical Scrubber and Stripper is designed using this absorption theory.
These scrubbers and stippers are designed to absorb and remove harmful wastes, gaseous, odors, fumes and other toxic components from waste streams. J & M scrubbers and strippers are designed to the most stringent of all environmental policies which included department of environment.

J&M is able to design and build cleaning machines that caters for semiconductor industry. These machines included auto cleaning machine, ultrasonic cleaner, chemical filtration unit, chemical draft, fume cupboard etc are used in rinsing, chemical vapour deposition, etching etc. We have supplied these machinese to client's like Sony, Metek Kitamura, S.E.H, MEMC Electronics etc.

J&M, as the authorized distributor of Texel, Seikow Chemical Engineering is able to provide all types of chemical resistant fans and pumps.These fans and pumps are made of  chemical resistant materials that includes FRP, PVC, PVC, PVDF etc. All of the fans and pumps are internationally certified with AMCA standard, JIS Standard etc. It comes with carton box which can be shipped all across the world.

The floor is manufactured with germ killing technology, nano silver, easy maintenance and is termite free. This green luxury vinyl tile, LVT is suitable for all kinds of indoor installation. Techflor comes in size of 184mm x 950mm x 3mm thickness.
